- 400 g Chopped tomatoes (canned)
- Red bell pepper × 1
- 60 g Feta cheese
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- Onion × 1
- 2 slices Crusty bread
- 2 g Ground coriander
- 10 g Fresh parsley
- 2 g Chili flakes
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 4 g Salt

Sauté Base
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes until softened.

Add the cumin, paprika, ground coriander, and a pinch of chilli flakes and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the chopped tomatoes
Pour in the chopped tomatoes, season with salt, and simmer — keep it gently bubbling — for 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
