- 340 g Salmon fillets
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- Lemon juice (for salmon) × 1
- 150 g Spaghetti
- Garlic cloves × 2
- 15 g Unsalted butter
- Lemon juice (for pasta) × 1
- 0.5 tsp Lemon zest
- 0.2 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 2 g Black pepper
- 200 ml Water
- 4 g Salt
Method

Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions until al dente — tender with a slight bite in the centre — then drain and set aside.

Season the Salmon
Pat salmon dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Heat olive oil
Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Place salmon skin-side down
Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Remove and set aside
Remove the salmon and set aside.

Make the Lemon Garlic Sauce
In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and add olive oil and butter. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Toss the Pasta
Add cooked pasta, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and chili flakes to the pan. Toss until pasta is evenly coated.

Assemble the Plate
Place pasta on a plate, top with seared salmon, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with a lemon wedge.
