Classic Beef Tacos

- 100 g Ground beef
- Small corn tortillas × 2
- 30 g Shredded cheddar
- 20 g Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Roma tomato (diced) × 1
- 0.5 tbsp Sour cream
- 0.5 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 0.5 tbsp Olive oil

Heat the oil
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Crumble in the ground beef
Crumble in the ground beef and brown it well, breaking it up with a spoon, 5-6 minutes until no pink remains.

Drain excess fat
Drain excess fat.

Season
Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer 2-3 minutes until thick and saucy.

Warm the tortillas
Char tortillas over a flame or in a dry pan, 20 seconds per side, until soft and lightly blistered.

Build
Pile beef into the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded cheddar (let it melt slightly), then shredded lettuce and diced tomato.

Finish each taco with a small dollop of sour cream. Serve immediately.
